We are Jack and Elina. We own and run four vacation rentals ourselves — two oceanfront homes in Plymouth and two walkable to the Wakefield train into Boston — and we manage a small number of homes for other owners using the same systems: dynamic pricing, synced calendars, fast guest replies and cleaners who show up.

Guest communication
Every inquiry gets a real answer, usually within an hour. Check-in instructions, house rules and mid-stay questions are handled for you, seven days a week.
Cleaning and turnovers
A vetted cleaning team on the South Shore and north of Boston, scheduled automatically from the booking calendar, including same-day turnovers with linens and restocking.
Maintenance and inspections
Routine walkthroughs, seasonal shutdowns for coastal properties, and a local contractor list for plumbing, heating and storm damage.
Owner reporting
A monthly statement with payouts by channel, occupancy and average nightly rate, so you can see exactly what the home earned and what it cost.

How much does short-term rental management cost?

Will my home be listed on Airbnb and Vrbo?
Yes, and also on a direct-booking site with its own Google Vacation Rentals feed, so repeat guests can book you without paying platform fees.
Who handles guest problems at 10pm?
We do. Guests reach a local person, not a call center, and we keep a nearby cleaner and contractor on call for anything that can't wait until morning.
Do I need a permit to rent my Massachusetts home short term?
