Staying with us now

For anything urgent during a stay — access, heat, water, Wi-Fi — text or call the number above. For an early check-in, late check-out or luggage drop-off, email us with your reservation code and the time you would like.

Before you book

Most questions are answered on the FAQ page. If your dates show as unavailable, message us anyway — we sometimes have flexibility between reservations.

Help with a connected AI assistant

For hosts using the ChatGPT connection:

  • Asked to sign in again? The access approval has expired. Reconnect from your assistant and approve the consent screen.
  • Seeing no results? Confirm you are signed in with the host account that owns the properties.
  • Something looks wrong? Check the admin calendar directly, then email us with what you asked and what came back.
  • Want to disconnect? Remove the connector in your assistant, and email us if you would also like the approval revoked on our side.
