By using thebaystayhomes.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Use it lawfully, and do not attempt to access the private admin area, other people's information, or our systems without permission.

Sending a booking enquiry is a request, not a confirmed reservation. A stay is confirmed only when we reply and confirm it in writing. Availability and rates shown on the site are kept as current as we can but may change before a booking is confirmed. Stays booked through Airbnb or Vrbo are also governed by that platform's own terms.

The trip planner and any AI-generated suggestions on this site are for inspiration only. Opening hours, prices, tides, weather and event details can be wrong or out of date — please check with the venue before you rely on anything.

A host may connect this application to an AI assistant such as ChatGPT. If you do:

• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in and the connection secure.
• The assistant acts on your behalf and can read your operational data and set the status of a direct booking request. Review anything it suggests before acting on it.
• Answers from an assistant can be incomplete or wrong. They are not a substitute for checking the admin calendar.
• You may not use the connection to access anyone else's data, or to attempt to reach parts of the system the published tools do not expose.
• We may suspend a connection that is misused or that puts guest information at risk.

Photographs, text and guides on this site belong to us. Please do not republish them commercially without asking. Links to other businesses are offered as local recommendations; we do not control them and are not responsible for them.

We aim to keep the site available and accurate but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or its AI features. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
